Introduction

Welcome to Bama-Badd (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By registering and participating in our monthly image contest, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Eligibility

• Participation is open to female users only.
• Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
• Each participant must provide accurate and truthful information during registration.

Registration & Account

• Users must register with a valid email address to access their dashboard.
• Each user is allowed only one account.
• It is the user's responsibility to keep their login details secure and confidential.

Image Submission & Approval

• Users can submit one image per month for participation.
• Submitted images must meet the following criteria:
• JPEG or PNG format
• Maximum file size: 5MB
• The admin reserves the right to approve or reject images based on quality, appropriateness, or non-compliance.
• Users can request one image update per month, subject to admin approval.

Voting System & Timeline

• Voting for each month will start on the 5th day of the following month and end on the last day of that month. Example: Voting for January will start on February 5th and end on February 28th/29th.
• A live countdown will be displayed on the website to inform visitors about the voting period.
• Visitors can vote for up to two images per month using a valid email address.
• Duplicate votes from the same email will not be counted.
• Any attempt to manipulate votes through fraudulent means will result in disqualification.

Winner Announcement

• The Winner of the Month will be determined based on the highest number of votes.
• The winner will be displayed on the website in the “Winner of [Month]” section.
• The admin has the final say in the selection of the winner.

Content Ownership & Usage Rights

• By submitting an image, the user grants Bama-Badd a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, and promote the content on our website and social media.
• Users retain ownership of their images but acknowledge that they will be publicly displayed.

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Uploading offensive, inappropriate, or copyrighted content.
• Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the contest.
• Using automated scripts or bots to influence votes.
• Engaging in harassment or abusive behavior towards other participants.

Privacy & Data Protection

• We respect user privacy and ensure that personal data is not shared with third parties without consent.
• Email addresses collected for voting will only be used for verification purposes.

Termination of Account

• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• Any fraudulent activity will lead to permanent disqualification from future contests.

Changes to Terms & Conditions

• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
• Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the revised terms.
